What you can move
The browser file picker can provide photos, videos, documents, archives, and downloads that are available to the phone. You can also send text, links, and clipboard content inside the paired session.
The receiving laptop does not need the same operating system, cloud account, or messaging app as the phone.

Why use a browser instead of a cable
A browser transfer is useful when the cable only charges, the laptop lacks the right port, a driver is missing, or you are using a computer you do not want to link to your phone account.
For live transfers, SendIt does not require a shared cloud folder. Large credit-based transfers may use temporary storage, but their file objects remain encrypted.
Questions
Common questions
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required for a standard live transfer. Accounts are optional and used for purchasing and managing large-transfer credits.
Can I send from Android to a Mac?
Yes. The transfer is browser-based, so the phone and laptop do not need to run the same operating system.
Can I transfer without camera access?
Yes. Use the session PIN instead of scanning the QR code.
